I’m a Fully Qualified Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, and NLP practitioner. I embarked on my career as a therapist in my mid-40s and got my degree in psychology in my 50s to deepen my understanding of the mind.

Having experienced difficulties throughout my own life, I overcame fears and limiting beliefs preventing me from moving forward in a better way. Learning through that journey that my highly sensitive nature and strong sense of empathy was not a weakness but my strength, This now fuels my passion to help others do the same.

My Approach

I use my sensitivity and empathy (my ‘Superpower’, as I like to call it) to intuitively guide individuals to connect with themselves, enabling clients to experience a deeper understanding of their own mind. Thus, helping clients to overcome anxiety, fears, bad habits, and self-doubt, whilst building confidence in their abilities to achieve whatever they desire of themselves.

Empowering people to change beliefs that no longer serve them and unlocking their potential, enabling clients to live a balanced and fulfilled life. Working this way has demonstrated to myself the mind’s power of resilience and the amazing human capacity to change, in a really wonderful way.

I use my experience, my continual development, hypnotherapy, life coaching, psychology skills, and my superpower to help clients move forward, whatever the issues they may experience.
