Approach
I am a fully qualified BACP registered Counsellor, BPS approved Chartered Research Psychologist and Coach. I am trained in multiple techniques and models for various psychological and day-to-day stress related conditions. Loss of confidence at work and low self-esteem is an example of what I have recently worked with. Low motivation and mood, anxious feelings, and burnout are also common reasons people come to me. I believe in the importance of good self-care, including regular exercise and a healthy diet, for optimum physical and emotional wellbeing. My style is solution-focused, integrative, and adaptable. I also use a number of Coaching models, such as GROW, SPACE, and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching.
