Belinda Rich
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with experience of working with adults and young people, age 16+.
Types of Therapy Offered
I am trained as a person-centred therapist, but work integratively and use other forms of therapy depending on the individual needs of my clients.
Approach
It’s important to me that we build a good relationship between us so we can work collaboratively. I offer a safe, confidential and therapeutic space to help you make sense of your experiences and work through your thoughts and feelings which you might not otherwise share.
The benefits of working with a counsellor include:
- working out what is making you feel stuck
- increase in self-awareness
- decrease in anxiety
- improvement in managing your thoughts and feelings
- becoming more open to change and living in the moment
- learning to place more value on yourself and your needs
- making sense of your past and how it relates to your life now.
- taking control of your life
