We are a group of clinicians who have worked extensively with children and families with developmental conditions and mental health difficulties over many years. We are staffed by Mental health nurses and a child and adolescent psychiatrist.

Type of Therapy offered

• Assessments for young people aged from 3-18 years for Autistic spectrum conditions (ASC)
• Assessments for young people aged 5- 18 years for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
• Assessments for both ASC and ADHD up to age 18 years

Approach

We follow NICE guidelines for our assessments and use gold standard tools including ADOS (Autism diagnostic observation schedule) and QB check which is a computer-based assessments which measures core ADHD symptoms.

We offer a mix of virtual, telephone and face to face appointments.

Our team have all worked for many years within the NHS. We have skills and knowledge across children’s developmental and mental health conditions. We can offer a multi-disciplinary approach to assessment and consider any other conditions that may be impacting on the young person. We are all trained in ADOS assessments.

We aim to offer timely, comprehensive quality assessments for young people.

Further information: we are currently only offering assessment however in the future we hope to be able to offer the option of ADHD medication.
