Lucy Devlin
I know how hard it can be to reach out and take that first step in seeking support. My priority is to make accessing help as stress-free as possible by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. You don’t need to have the right words, just an openness to exploration and I will meet you where you are.
Type of Therapy Offered
Person-Centred Counselling
Approach
I work from a humanistic perspective, which means I am here to walk alongside you to guide and support you in exploring issues you may be facing. We all have the capacity to grow and make meaningful changes in our lives. With empathy and authenticity, I’m here to help you find your way.
Who I work with
My experience includes working within the NHS on a counselling placement, supporting people affected by cancer in the charity sector, and working as a Mental Health Practitioner with individuals experiencing unemployment and social challenges. These roles have given me a deep understanding of the wide range of difficulties people face.
I have experience working with anxiety, bereavement, depression, difficult family dynamics, unemployment, stress and overwhelm, chronic illness, panic attacks, and more.
