Approach
I work with you to understand and make sense of what you’re going through. We will work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and support you to understand yourself. Everyone is an individual and each person will need different things from therapy. We might speak about the here and now, or look deeper into how your past experiences form and influence your decisions and reactions in the present. Therapy can help you to understand and accept yourself, and to have authentic, meaningful relationships with others.
Who I work with
As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I have experience of working with depression, anxiety, infertility, survivors of domestic abuse and child abuse, perfectionism, trauma and relationship difficulties. I also work with people who want to explore who they are and gain a greater understanding of themselves.
