Alice Osborne
I am a qualified therapist specialising in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting Therapy. Studying to become a therapist was a natural transition for me after overcoming my own trauma and a near death experience in childhood. I know first-hand what our human bodies and minds can overcome with EFT (tapping) and Matrix Reimprinting, and I’m passionate to share and help others with the techniques. I strive to empower clients to overcome trauma, limiting beliefs and emotional and energetic blocks.
Type of Therapy offered:
-
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Matrix Reimprinting
Approach:
I want all my clients to feel empowered to make life changes! During sessions I will hold a healing space for you to feel safe and fully supported, so trauma can release, energy can flow, and beliefs can be restructured. Spirituality is a big part of my life, and helping clients on their own journeys is what I also offer during sessions.
As well as seeing clients, I currently work part-time as a mentor for young adults and have previously volunteered on an anxiety helpline. Due to my experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults, I am also flexible to discuss the length and structure of sessions to best suit individual needs. I am understanding that sessions may need to be shaped to suit you. I also have a lot of experience working with neurodivergent and LGTBQ+ individuals, and I am passionate about making my services as friendly and adaptable as possible.
Who I work with:
- Women
- Young adults
- Children and parents
- Teenagers
- Neurodiverse individuals
- LGBTQ+ friendly
