Approach
I am an empathic, non-judgemental therapist and offer a safe, confidential and therapeutic space in our work together. I believe everyone is unique, so I individually tailor the way I work using a range of therapeutic techniques. You deserve to have the right support to move forward in a way that’s right for you. Together, we will build a tool kit of positive coping mechanisms to help support you.
Who I work with
I help people navigating mental health challenges, particularly those related to food, shape and weight, and am experienced in working with neurodivergent individuals. Additionally, I am able to work with religious and cultural attitudes and complexities around food and the impact it may have.
Further information
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to explore what you are looking for from therapy and for you to get a sense of whether I’m the right therapist for you.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework.
